With waterfront property values still high and hard to come by, it's nice to know you can still afford a waterfront get-away. This well maintained motor yacht is great for cruising, fishing, or just hanging out. The engines have 450 original hours and recently got new exhaust elbows, raw water pumps and new raw water hoses. It has a 6.5kw generator with 150 hours that allows you all the comforts of home away from the dock. The bottom was freshly painted in October of 22, the refrigerator was replaced in 2021, both air conditioning units were replaced in 2021, and the Raymarine GPS depthfinder is new. It's a lot of fun for the price. More pictures coming.
